Customer Service hours are from 10 am to 6 pm E.S.T., Monday through Friday.

Call us at 1-423-432-8082 to place your order, or place your order on-line by adding items to your shopping cart as you browse through the huge selection offered.

Orders take priority and are processed immediately for shipment. Order status updates are provided every step of the way. A confirmation is emailed once an order is received. When available, the shipper's tracking number is emailed after the order has shipped. Prompt notification is provided on any item not immediately available for shipment.

Shipping and Delivery:

Orders normally ship via United Parcel Service (UPS), Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, FOB: New York. Most orders are picked and packed the day they're received, and are shipped either that day, or the next business day. You'll receive the products you need - when you need them. Please note: we may substitute brands of product based on availability. The substitution will be of equal value.

UPS Ground is shipping method offered from website. If needed sooner please contact use via phone to place order. Only UPS Next Day Air or Second Day Air shipping is available for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Please call 1- for more shipping options.

Shipping and Handling is determined by weight, number of packages, package size, method of delivery, and destination location. This amount will be calculated for you automatically when you complete the order information.

International Shipping is not provided on this website. For international shipments, please call 1-.

Wills Lighting & Stage suspends shipping during year-end inventory which is from December 22, 2006 to January 2, 2007. Most shipping temporarily stops on the 22nd of December and resumes on January 2, 2005. Customer Service is still available during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Payment Methods:

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted*. A minimum order is not required. Approved credit card transactions will be processed only after the order has shipped. The prices advertised on this website do not include freight charges. Prices advertised are in US Dollars. Taxes:

Sales tax is added to orders that ship to addresses in Tennessee, USA only. For residents of Tennessee the rate is 9.25%.

Claims:

Count and inspect all packages carefully before signing the driver's receipts. Any Claim for visible damage, shortage, and concealed damage should be filed immediately with the carrier. If a shortage in the contents of a package should be suspected, please contact Wills Lighting & Stage immediately by calling 1-. No claims will be allowed after three working days from the receipt of a shipment. Wills Lighting & Stage will assist you in making a claim with the carrier in the event of a loss, or damage.

Returns:

All returns must be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA #) by Wills Lighting & Stage. Please call 1- to arrange a hassle-free return.

Returned items must be received in resale condition (excluding defective items) and must include the original packing slip, packaging, and the issued RA # which must show clearly on your package. All returns must be shipped prepaid. All returns and exchanges are subject to a restocking charge of 20%. No returns will be allowed after 14 working days of the purchase date. No returns will be allowed on open packages.

All products include a warranty against defect in material and workmanship for a pre-determined length of time by their respective manufacturers. To receive information on a specific product warranty, please call 1-.

If a product is determined to be defective, please call 1- for a Return Authorization Number. The item in question will be examined by the manufacturer and will be replaced, repaired, or returned at the discretion of the manufacturer. Any package received without the Return Authorization Number will be returned to the sender.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Some products in this website are U.L. listed, U.L. recognized, or CSA Approved. Please call for details. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are applicable on some products, these are available upon request.

Any person using equipment sold in this website is personally responsible for obtaining expert instruction in its use, for learning the proper techniques involved, assumes all risks, and accepts complete responsibility for any and all damages and injuries of any kind.

This website does not provide instruction, and is no substitute for personal instruction by qualified persons well versed in all appropriate safety techniques. All information in this website, pertaining to the equipment or its use, is provided solely to assist the customer in making purchasing decisions.
